Last weekend saw many festivals, reunions and backyard gatherings jam packed with great music, stellar fans and gorgeous Pacific Northwest sunshine! We hope you got out and played a little (or a lot) as summertime around here really rocks.
With so many events going on it’s not easy to pick just one…We managed to make it to a couple…the ever popular campout in northeast Olympia is a tradition for many. Formally known as the Wiggle in the Wetlands, this event once again provided an opportunity for musicians and fans to gather. Three stages were kept busy with a line-up hard to beat. Too many to name them all, but with diverse styles and talented musicians they kept the crowd on their feet! The Multipliers were especially blessed to have Scott (drummer for Stir Crazy) sit in. His skillful drumming really enhanced the tunes, and we hope to get to jam again soon! Across the way, Shelton is fast becoming a contender on the music scene. Bluegrass Festival was happening along with the private (yet renowned) Freddy Bear Event. Both were host to many talented people, and lots of fantastic music was heard by all!
A special shout out to everyone that left the comfy of their backyard lawn chairs and went out to represent and support live music!! Together you’re makin’ it happen, and our communities thrive!! Keep on checking in as there is more on the way. JamminLive is here to stay !
