Fired Up
The Journey has had quite a month of music, soul nourishing entertainment and Hot! Hot! Sun!! We managed to hit a couple open mics with our friends at the Buzz, as well as two awesome open air events that sizzled!
Sometimes it’s just taking the time out of a busy week to stop and listen. Just outside of Elma we had the pleasure of attending an annual fly in, (Chapman Farms) complete with airplanes galore, green fields, blue skies, delicious food and some good old fashioned jamming as the sun set. It was great to to catch up with some old friends and make some new ones too! You just never know where the journey will lead and we are so grateful to be a part of it.
There was also an anniversary party at Medicine Creek Winery (you may have seen it on our events page!) A very pleasant setting and delicious food and wine of course, but by far the highlight was the multiple bands that played. A delightful mix of covers, and originals, country, and rock. An unassuming gathering centered around music and lovers of music.
As summer winds down and we feel Fall approaching we are excited for it all. The familiar, and the fresh! We can’t wait to hear from you! Take a second to reach out, step out… just get up and get out! Life is short -and we’re fired up!!
