DESCRIPTION:When Mark Bowens asked me to perform live for the first time since the pandemic\, I was anxious. I was looking for reasons to decline the offer. It’s been almost two years since my last stage performance\, after achieving sobriety from alcohol. While I’ve played 10-20 shows a year for the last two decades without any nervous vibes or anxiety\, this time was different. Nervousness took over my mind. However\, I couldn’t resist my eagerness to be back on the stage where I’ve always been comfortable and where I can express myself best. So\, I’ll be performing on May 27th at McCoys in Olympia with a lineup of talented artists. I can’t decide if I should tell you not to come in case I fail\, or urge you to pack the place beyond capacity. Nevertheless\, I’ll be there\, sharing my art through beats and rhymes.
